Our lovely little pet 'Bluey' left us this weekend, he was 14 years old which is really old for a Budgie (Budgerigar) It was old age that took him and I'm sure he is with all the other loved pets now <3 His lifelong friend Lionel (a cockatiel) sang to him all weekend, pets are so wonderful and that's what makes their leaving us so very very sad.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. It is so sad when pets pass on, they are like another person of the family. I don't think they really know how much of a difference they make in a humans life, and how sad we get when they pass on.
ReplyDeleteI know how you are feeling, my cat has been missing for a week now and it's unlike him to be gone for so long.
I have also lost two dogs that have passed on, and it is heartbreaking.
We can only think that they are in pet heaven having a ball with all the other animals that have passed on.
